Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid purchases on HellSEO (hellseo.site), such as prepaid audit credit packs. Free credits and the tools under /free-tools are free and have nothing to refund.

Refunds within 14 days

If you're not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the credits from that purchase are unused or only partly used. Credits already used for audits are not refunded, but we will refund the unused portion.

Problems with the service

If an audit fails because of an error on our side, the credit is returned to your account. If a technical problem stops you from using credits you paid for, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

After 14 days

We don't offer refunds after 14 days unless required by law or the problem is on our side as described above.

How to request a refund

Send us an email from the address on your account with the date of purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record; approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within a few business days, depending on your bank.
